Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our platform (PDFs, Revision Pearls, and PYQs), all sales are considered final once access has been granted to the premium content.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was accidentally processed for the same subscription.
• You are entirely unable to access the premium content due to a permanent technical fault on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
